The world, terrorism and Azerbaijan

The current main reasons of terror are obvious to everyone. Now I would like to talk about auxiliary elements. There are some neglected areas, groups which stayed out of attention. We also had such a place like Nardaran, thankfully it has already (despite of shameful ways) solved. Most surprisingly, this kind of places you can see in Europe as well. And mainly immigrants account for these quarters. Recently, when I was watching the capturing process of the terrorist Abdeslam who had direct connection to Paris attacks, I realized that he was living almost in the centre of Brussels. In a area which was famous with its criminality.

In Azerbaijan we also had such place known as (May be there is a little bit exaggeration) Papanin. I mean such sensitive places are known to everybody, and surely terrorist can easily take advantage of it. The government should separate these groups and make them to integrate to the society. Speaking about Azerbaijan, the main reason why there is not any terror for a long time is just as in many situations we are not cared by most of the world. The another strong reason is that (thankfully) our believers and Iran are not inclined to terror. There are also some additional reasons such as good security of our borders and local people's (mainly whistleblowers) cooperative work with police forces. 

Otherwise it is 2+2 to make a terror here. In general, regardless of quantity of security forces you include in process it is still quite hard to protect your country from attacks. You can enhance the security of aeroport or metro, but how about other places? The bus stops, street attacks like in Istanbul? If your opponent is a suicide bomber then your chance is very low. Thus, the best solution of this problem is to share the European values with everyone and integrate them to society. The other measures such as attentively protection of borders and security levels come after this.
